Join us for a gentle beginner yoga class designed to help you slow down, reconnect with your body, and build a solid foundation—no experience required.
This class will guide you through basic postures, mindful movement, and intentional breathing in a supportive, non-intimidating environment. Perfect if you’re brand new to yoga, returning after a break, or simply craving a softer, more grounding practice.
