This Sunday Yin Yoga class is a space to slow down, soften, and reconnect with your body. Yin is a gentle, floor-based practice where postures are held for longer periods of time, allowing you to release deep layers of tension while supporting flexibility, joint health, and overall nervous system regulation.
Throughout the class, you’ll be guided with intentional stillness, breath awareness, and subtle somatic cues to help you move out of stress and into a more grounded, regulated state. This is not about pushing or performing—it’s about listening, allowing, and creating space within the body and mind.
This practice is especially supportive if you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, tense, or disconnected and are in need of a slower, more restorative experience.
