Anxiety often lives in the body before it ever shows up in our thoughts. In this session, we will explore anxiety through a nervous-system-informed lens, helping you understand how stress, hypervigilance, and overwhelm take shape physically and emotionally.
This workshop will support you in:
Understanding anxiety and its connection to the nervous system
Identifying how anxiety shows up in your body
Practicing gentle somatic movement to create safety and regulation
Experiencing guided meditation and sound healing to calm and restore
This is not about eliminating anxiety—but about learning how to be with it differently, with more compassion, grounding, and choice.
