This monthly VinYin Yoga class offers a balanced practice of movement and stillness—designed to support both physical release and nervous system regulation.

We’ll begin with a slow, intentional vinyasa-style flow to gently awaken the body, build heat, and connect breath with movement. From there, we’ll transition into a grounding Yin practice, where postures are held for longer periods of time to target deeper layers of tension, support flexibility, and encourage full-body relaxation.

This class creates space to both activate and soften—helping you move through built-up stress, reconnect with your body, and settle into a more regulated, centered state.

This practice is especially supportive if you’ve been feeling tense, restless, or in need of both movement and deep rest.

Expect to leave feeling:

  • Gently energized yet deeply relaxed

  • More open and connected within your body

  • Calm, grounded, and regulated
