Grief extends far beyond loss—it can emerge from change, transitions, unmet expectations, and the versions of ourselves we’ve had to let go of. It may show up quietly or all at once, often living in the body long after the mind believes we should have “moved on.”
This session offers a compassionate and supportive space to gently acknowledge grief in all its forms. Through education, somatic flow, guided meditation, and sound healing, participants are invited to allow emotions to move, soften, and release—rather than remain stored or suppressed in the body.
Together, we will explore how grief impacts the nervous system and learn practices that support emotional processing without overwhelm. This is not about forcing closure or finding silver linings, but about honoring what has been lost, changed, or left behind in a way that feels safe and grounding.
This session is especially supportive for those navigating:
Life transitions or identity shifts
Relationship changes or endings
Accumulated or unacknowledged grief
Emotional heaviness that feels difficult to name
You are welcome to come exactly as you are. Nothing needs to be fixed, shared, or explained—only felt, witnessed, and gently integrated.
