Shame is often quiet, internal, and deeply embodied. It can shape the way we see ourselves, our relationships, and our sense of belonging—often without us realizing it. Unlike guilt, which points to behavior, shame speaks to identity, convincing us that something about who we are is wrong.
This session offers a safe, compassionate space to gently explore shame through an embodied and nervous-system-informed lens. Through education, gentle somatic flow, guided meditation, and sound healing, participants are invited to soften self-judgment and reconnect with a sense of worth, safety, and self-trust.
Rather than pushing shame away, we will learn how to meet it with curiosity and care—allowing the body to release protective patterns that may no longer be serving us. This session supports reconnection, self-compassion, and a deeper sense of internal belonging.
This session may be especially supportive for those who:
Experience persistent self-criticism or inner harshness
Feel disconnected from their worth or voice
Struggle with perfectionism, people-pleasing, or comparison
Carry emotional patterns rooted in past experiences or conditioning
You are not required to share personal stories or disclose anything during this session. Your presence alone is enough.
Trauma-Informed Participation Disclaimer
