Womb Healing Ceremony: Part 2

  • River Bend Yoga 100 West 3rd Street Alton, IL, 62002 United States (map)

Trauma, Lineage & Emotional Inheritance

This session explores how stress, trauma, and survival patterns can be carried intergenerationally and stored within the body.

We will explore:

  • Emotional and energetic imprints within the womb space

  • Intergenerational and ancestral trauma

  • How early experiences shape emotional patterns

  • The ways shame, grief, and fear can become embodied

Cacao and somatic practices will support emotional awareness while maintaining regulation and safety.

Cacao & Trauma-Informed Participation Disclaimer

Ceremonial cacao is a gentle, non-psychoactive plant medicine and is offered as an optional part of this series. Participants may choose to sip, take a small amount, or decline entirely.

This series is designed to be trauma-informed and supportive. Sharing is optional. Movement, meditation, and ritual practices may be modified, paused, or observed at any time. This offering is not a replacement for medical or mental health care, but a complementary space for embodied awareness and emotional integration.
