Womb Healing Ceremony: Part I

  • River Bend Yoga 100 West 3rd Street Alton, IL, 62002 United States (map)

Education, Awareness & Embodied Safety

This opening session lays the foundation for womb healing by exploring what the womb truly represents—physically, emotionally, and energetically.

We will explore:

  • The womb as an energetic center of creation, intuition, and emotional memory

  • How emotional experiences are held and processed in the body

  • Why womb work is relevant for all genders, including how trauma, stress, and emotional imprints can be carried through the maternal line—even without a physical womb

  • Establishing safety and consent in embodied work

This session is primarily educational and grounding, with gentle somatic practices to support nervous system regulation and integration.

Trauma-Informed Participation Disclaimer

This series is designed to be supportive, educational, and trauma-informed. Participants are always encouraged to engage at their own pace and within their personal boundaries.

Sharing is optional. Movement, meditation, and ritual practices may be modified, paused, or observed at any time. This series is not a replacement for medical or mental health care, but a complementary offering for emotional awareness, embodiment, and integration.

All bodies and identities are welcome.
